Working Student – IT Support

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping people solve everyday IT challenges? We are looking for a hands-on, service-minded team member to support our workplace technology and keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manging stock of company PCs/accessories/mobile phones. Assist with disposal of the old hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, PCs reinstallation
- Support office printers
- Support audio-video equipment in conference rooms
- Prepare workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, docking stations, cables etc.)
- Support network troubleshooting between ISP and company network department
- Create incidents/service request to company support teams

It is a part time position – 20 hours a week
- Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Interest and experience in standard PC environment
- Experience in working in Windows 11
- Understanding for PC hardware, how it connects and operates
- Service-minded with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable to work in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Well-structured and interested in learning, understanding and improving internal processes
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and computer network set will be an advantage
