Responsibilities

- Build talent pipelines through networking events, tech talks, and candidate engagement
- Refine recruitment processes to improve candidate experience and reduce time to hire
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, software engineering, data science, or infrastructure roles
- Knowledge of technical skills, tools, and trends in AI and software development
- AI technology recruiting experience
- Software development platform recruiting experience
