- Fulltime / direct hire role / UoP.
- Work from Monday to Friday, 8-16/ 9-17 hours.
- Proven track record of successful product commercialization.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a technical department or team (Mechanical Design, Software, and Electronics) in a Team Lead role; experience in the electrical engineering industry is highly preferred.
- Higher Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Experience as a Product Owner is a significant plus.In-depth knowledge of electrical product development standards, quality management, and technical documentation requirements.Experience and market knowledge specifically in the development of frequency converters (VFDs) is desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with both suppliers and clients.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
- Looking for specialists on site or ready to relocate.
