Staff Product Manager

You will lead product strategy from discovery through iteration across AI, data ingestion, agents, integrations, and customer experiences. You will conduct field research with customers, connect business systems to the product, turn intelligence into action, and improve AI accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, and user trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration
• Design products for field-based sales users
• Conduct onsite customer research and ride-alongs
• Integrate business context from CRMs, DMSs, phone systems, calendars, warehouses, and other systems
• Build capabilities that turn intelligence into sales actions
• Improve AI accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, and trust

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience
• Experience owning meaningful product areas at a growth-stage company
• Product judgment in ambiguous domains
• Customer research experience
• Technical fluency for engineering tradeoffs
• Knowledge of model quality, latency, query cost, and integration data freshness
