Staff Product Manager Digital Assets

You will own and launch digital-asset products, including stablecoin-funded cards, wallet capabilities, on/off-ramp conversion flows, and digital-rail cross-border settlement. You will define product requirements, embed compliance requirements into specifications, evaluate infrastructure integrations, and take products through engineering, compliance, and production launch.

Responsibilities

• Own stablecoin-funded physical and virtual card products.
• Build stablecoin support into the multi-currency wallet.
• Design and ship fiat-to-digital and digital-to-fiat on/off-ramp flows.
• Drive stablecoin-based cross-border pay-in and payout settlement flows.
• Evaluate and integrate custodians, exchanges, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Own compliance product design for digital assets, including MiCA, VASP, travel rule, and FinCEN requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech, crypto infrastructure, or payments.
• Experience shipping at least one digital asset product in production, such as a stablecoin wallet, crypto card, on/off-ramp, or digital settlement rail.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payment flows, FX, wallets, and settlement mechanics.
• Knowledge of MiCA, travel rule, VASP registration, and FinCEN MSB requirements.
• Experience working with custodians, blockchain infrastructure, or card networks.
• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, high-compliance environments.
