Software Engineer Deployed

You will lead end-to-end customer implementations and platform integrations. You will travel on-site, solve technical challenges, deliver special engineering projects, develop supporting tooling and documentation, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and platform integrations
• Partner with customer teams to design optimized workflows
• Travel on-site to drive product adoption and solve engineering challenges

• Integrate new systems and resolve critical issues in customer codebases
• Develop tooling and documentation for customer growth

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programming languages, and software development practices
• Proficiency across a broad technology stack
• Problem-solving, debugging, and technical issue resolution skills
• Customer-facing technical experience
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
