ServiceNow Architect - banking (f/m/x)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join a large, strategic project aimed at building a multi-module ServiceNow platform for an international financial organization. You will lead a team of three developers and collaborate directly with the Platform Owner and Business Analyst Lead. This role requires a strong technical leadership, presence in the office in Warsaw once a week, and occasional travel to Switzerland. If you are passionate about designing scalable solutions and driving best practices in ServiceNow, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and management
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing people
• Deep understanding of multi-module ServiceNow environments, including ITSM, CSM, Risk, and Privacy
• Ability to design scalable solutions and maintain architectural integrity across the platform
• Expertise in technical standards and best practices in ServiceNow
• Fluent Polish and English
• Residency in Poland
