Senior Technical Program Manager

You will lead complex, cross-functional software development programs. You will create and maintain project plans, manage schedules, budgets, dependencies, requirements, and risks, and communicate status to stakeholders. You will coordinate work across engineering, legal, safety, finance, supply chain, operations, and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex cross-functional software development projects
• Create detailed project plans across all program phases
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and completion timelines
• Communicate program status to management and stakeholders
• Gather and track product and technical requirements
• Identify, catalog, report, and reduce program risks

Requirements

• Experience managing complex software development projects from start to finish
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, multidisciplinary teams, and multiple projects
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project processes
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of project management principles, risk management, and stakeholder communication
