Senior Security Solutions Engineer

You will work directly with customers to implement, configure, and optimize security operations. You will assess Web3 asset risks, build monitoring and response plans, script integrations and custom monitoring logic in Python, provide training and support, collaborate on partner solutions, and assist with professional-services scoping and technical positioning.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in analyzing Web3 assets, security postures, and associated risks
• Advise customers on risk-monitoring tool configurations
• Develop monitoring and incident-response plans
• Maintain communication with customers about security issues and threat-landscape changes
• Collaborate with technology and ecosystem partners on integrations and solutions
• Deliver security training and enablement sessions to client teams
• Support sales with professional-services scoping, proposals, and technical positioning
• Configure and customize the platform, including rules, integrations, and Python scripts
• Provide hands-on support to integrate security practices into customer workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards for digital assets and blockchain technologies
• Working proficiency in Python for scripting, integrations, and custom monitoring logic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external partners
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven customer-facing engagement experience
