You will manage inbound and warm investor conversations from qualification through close. You will identify investor motivations, recommend suitable venture offerings, address questions and objections, document activity in HubSpot, and use AI tools to prepare personalized follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and warm prospect and investor calls from qualification through close
- Convert net-new prospects into first-time investors
- Identify prospect motivations and adapt conversations accordingly
- Connect investor needs to appropriate investment offerings
- Address buying signals, hesitation, and objections
- Document call outcomes, insights, and next steps in HubSpot
- Advance a book of leads through disciplined follow-through
- Share lead-quality feedback with Marketing and Nurture teams
- Contribute to call-quality standards and coaching practices
- Use AI tools for prospect research, call preparation, and personalized follow-up
Requirements
- 7+ years of closing sales experience
- Financial services, investment products, or relationship-driven sales experience
