Senior Field Application Engineer

You will serve as a technical expert for customers in India, guide hardware evaluation and deployment, resolve technical issues, support sales and launches, gather product feedback, and create product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their technical needs
• Provide product knowledge and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with marketing and business development on launches and technology evangelism
• Support sales growth, customer acquisition, and design wins
• Track customer interactions and follow-ups
• Relay customer feedback to product management
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Create product documentation
• Advocate for customers internally
• Travel to company sites as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of semiconductor or artificial intelligence industry experience in a customer-facing application development or technical support role
• Programming experience with Python, C/C++, OpenCL, or CUDA
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Understanding of embedded systems and embedded hardware
• Understanding of server systems
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel 30% or more
• Based within or close to Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Pune
