Senior Applied AI Engineer

You will design, build, and deploy generative AI systems for code review and developer productivity workflows. You will develop retrieval pipelines and agentic workflows, monitor production performance, analyze feedback and usage data, and apply ranking, reward modeling, and RLHF techniques to improve response quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize LLM-based systems for context-rich code reviews
• Build and refine multi-step agentic workflows
• Develop and maintain knowledge-base and retrieval pipelines
• Deploy generative AI models and pipelines to production and monitor performance
• Analyze human-in-the-loop feedback and usage data to improve system performance
• Apply RLHF, ranking, and reward-modeling techniques to improve response quality
• Apply generative AI developments to new use cases

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years applying ML or LLM-based systems in production environments
• At least 2 years of industry experience focused on generative AI
