Project Manager

We are building XTB – a global investment company offering innovative technological solutions that allow our clients to effectively manage their finances in multiple ways. All of this within a single, intuitive XTB app already used by over one million users worldwide!

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager (or in a similar role).
• A strong technical background and solid domain knowledge of financial products / fintech.
• A project management certification (e.g., Prince2 or PMP).
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools (Claude Code), JIRA, Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various IT specializations (FE, BE, QA, BA, Arch, UX, UI, PO, SM, DevOps).
• Experience in agile product development (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-team collaboration.
• Highly developed soft skills: assertiveness, effective communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• Process-oriented mindset, a high level of independence, and the ability to quickly grasp complex domain knowledge.
• English proficiency of at least C1 level.
