Program Manager Provider Partnerships

You will define and operate the provider lifecycle from sourcing through renewal. You will build tiering frameworks, templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated communications. You will run program-wide changes, manage MPEAP and certified-provider tracks, maintain compliance obligations, and coordinate operating reviews and reporting across functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate the provider lifecycle

• Execute program-wide provider changes
• Operate MPEAP and verified or certified provider tracks
• Maintain SLAs, attestations, and provider obligations
• Run reviews, reporting, and operating cadence
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security
