• Your profile:

  • experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role,
  • experience taking ownership of a product or product area across the product lifecycle, from understanding the problem and defining requirements to supporting delivery and adoption,
  • experience in independently managing requirements and priorities for a development team,
  • ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured and actionable product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria,
  • practical knowledge of Product Discovery and prioritization methods,
  • experience contributing to product roadmaps, identifying dependencies and delivery risks, and working with product goals and metrics,
  • good understanding of business and user value and the ability to apply it when making product decisions,
  • experience working directly with business stakeholders, clients and/or end users,
  • experience working closely with development teams, including sprint planning, refinement and review,
  • a technically minded profile, with the ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with development teams,
  • ability to communicate product goals, priorities and development plans clearly to different stakeholders,
  • confidence in organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings,
  • independence and ownership appropriate for managing a product scope within a development team,
  • fluent English,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

  Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

  Nice to have:

  • experience in the Retail Pricing domain, particularly with macro and micro pricing, elasticity and cross-elasticity,
  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
