Principal Solutions Consultant

You will advise enterprise clients on digital-asset risk, compliance, investigations, cyber-threat intelligence, and management solutions. You will lead discovery, solution design, demos, proofs of concept, API integration guidance, customer onboarding, technical advocacy, and pre-sales process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise clients on risk, compliance, investigation, cyber-threat intelligence, and digital-asset management solutions
• Lead discovery and solution-design sessions
• Lead technical and business validation during sales cycles
• Create and deliver demos, proofs of concept, and executive presentations
• Provide technical guidance on API integration, data workflows, architecture, troubleshooting, and implementation
• Guide customers through evaluation, onboarding, and adoption
• Capture customer insights to inform product features, integrations, and go-to-market strategy
• Represent the company at industry events and partner forums
• Mentor solutions consulting peers
• Develop global processes and automation initiatives for pre-sales and delivery

Requirements

• 7 or more years of client-facing technical experience in blockchain analytics
• Experience leading commercial engagements with financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, or technology platforms
• Understanding of digital-asset regulatory implications
• Full-stack software development knowledge
• Knowledge of blockchain data structures, networking, Layer 1, Layer 2, and interoperability protocols
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and cloud architectures
• Knowledge of TLS and SSL
• Experience with data compliance, governance, and auditability
• SQL proficiency
• Experience with data visualization or observability tools
• Ability and willingness to undergo the US government TS/SCI security-clearance process
