Middle AI / Full-Stack Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Middle-level Engineer to join a team developing AI-powered solutions and automation workflows for healthcare-related products. You will work under the guidance of the existing technical team, contributing to implementation, integrations, and product development.

Requirements
2+ years of relevant software development experience.
Hands-on experience working on healthcare or HealthTech projects.
Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements, with experience handling sensitive personal and healthcare data.
Familiarity with LangChain or comparable AI development frameworks and platforms.
Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Python, TypeScript, Java, React.
Understanding of AI integrations, automation workflows, or LLM-powered applications.
For Front-End Engineers: experience building enterprise dashboards and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver production-ready code.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Availability to overlap with US business hours for team syncs and meetings.
Nice to have
Experience with agentic workflows, AI agents, or multi-step automation.
Familiarity with voice AI solutions, LLM performance optimization, or token optimization.
Experience implementing security, privacy, or compliance-related features in healthcare applications.

Work setup and availability
100% remote.
