Member of Technical Staff ML Product Engineering

You will develop and optimize models for production use cases, translate customer needs into technical solutions, implement post-training approaches and agentic workflows, work on data and evaluation pipelines, maintain production deployments, and build customer-facing ML features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize models for production use cases
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Implement post-training approaches for generative AI models and agentic workflows
• Work on data preprocessing, model evaluation, and alignment
• Deploy and maintain models in production
• Design and implement customer-facing ML features

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience on ML projects using PyTorch or equivalent
• Familiarity with transformers and core LLM concepts
• Experience training and fine-tuning LLMs
• Familiarity with large-scale systems and GPU/TPU utilization
• Experience with Git and Docker
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
