Member of Technical Staff

You will curate training and evaluation data, build evaluation metrics, and prototype generative models for protein design. You will analyze model improvements, maintain ML infrastructure, plan wet-lab testing campaigns, run inference against biological targets, and use experimental feedback to improve models.

Responsibilities

• Curate training and evaluation data
• Build ML evaluation metrics aligned with real-world success
• Prototype generative models and analyze improvements
• Maintain high code standards in a shared codebase
• Contribute to compute and ML development infrastructure
• Plan wet-lab testing campaigns with the biology team
• Run model inference against biological targets

• Build working knowledge of protein and cell biology
• Share knowledge through internal reading groups
• Attend and present at conferences
