Join one of our Agile squads as an IT Business Analyst within the Private Capital domain. In this role, you will act as the core link between business needs and technical execution, owning the end-to-end solution design and quality definition for the eFront platform and its integrations with other core systems.
Domain Expertise & Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an IT Business Analyst or functional analyst role.
- Strong background in the financial services industry, with a focus on Private Capital, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, or Securities Services.
- Hands-on experience with Fund Management platforms, such as eFront, Multifonds, or Investran.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong professional interest in combining business analysis with agile project delivery.
Nice to Have
- Practical knowledge of both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, including familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Good overall IT skills, with SQL knowledge considered a strong asset for database analysis.
