Head of Compliance Product

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for compliance products covering screening, monitoring, investigations, and risk configuration. You will lead agentic compliance product work, manage and develop product managers, and personally solve difficult roadmap problems. You will work closely with customers, turn market signals into product direction, prioritise investment, use data and AI to improve execution, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the compliance product portfolio
• Lead product development for the agentic compliance programme
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop product managers
• Work closely with customers through design partnerships, analyst shadowing, instrumentation, and dogfooding
• Turn market signals into product priorities and direction
• Prioritise zero-to-one investments and existing product needs
• Own product outcomes and improve velocity and quality
• Use AI to improve product workflows and team execution

Requirements

• 10+ years building software products
• Experience leading and developing product managers
• Zero-to-one product development experience in a complex domain
• Financial crime compliance product experience in transaction monitoring, screening, KYC, EDD, or investigations
• Working knowledge of crypto and blockchain
• Experience shipping AI or agentic capabilities to production
• Executional rigour
