Head of Community

You will build and operate the developer ambassador program, run developer events from invitation through follow-up, and represent the organization at sponsored events. You will engage developers in online and open-source communities, deliver talks, workshops, podcasts, and demos, relay community feedback to product stakeholders, and create tutorials, demo scripts, and workshop content. This is an in-office role with possible travel to events.

Responsibilities

• Engage with developers in online and open-source communities
• Bring community feedback to product stakeholders
• Create tutorials, demo scripts, and workshop content

Requirements

• Strong public speaking and one-to-one communication skills
• Strong writing skills
• Technical credibility with engineers
• Knowledge of autonomous software, coding agents, harnesses, and LLMs
• Responsive community communication
• 2+ years of developer relations, community, developer advocacy, or related developer experience
• Experience running events or programs end to end
