Field Application Engineer

You will work directly with enterprise customers and sales teams to solve AI and machine-learning challenges and drive adoption of technical products and solutions. You will explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and workshops. You will bring customer feedback to sales operations and product teams to help shape product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and enterprise customers to drive adoption of AI products and solutions.
• Engage customers through meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges and provide solutions.
• Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide customer feedback to sales operations and product teams to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of relevant technical enterprise experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Be fluent in Japanese and have business-level English.
• Demonstrate expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Have experience with GPUs, CUDA, or AI accelerators.
• Understand hardware/software co-optimization for efficient edge inference.
• Understand data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management.
