Co-Op System Engineer

Description
You will monitor system health, troubleshoot operational and technical issues, analyze performance data, document findings, and support escalations. You will complete a scoped improvement project while following safety procedures in an active warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot operational, mechanical, electrical, robotics, and software issues
- Support system tickets and site activities
- Analyze alarms, performance metrics, and operational data
- Document issues and communicate technical concepts to site teams and customers
- Assist with production-impacting escalations and follow-up actions
- Complete a continuous improvement project using site data
- Follow OSHA, company, and customer safety procedures
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of robotics, automation, electromechanical systems, controls, or industrial operations
- Familiarity with PLCs, SQL, Linux, Python, Power BI, Excel, data visualization, or continuous improvement practices
- Hands-on experience or interest in robotics and electromechanical equipment
- Data analysis and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
