- 5+ years of hands-on change and release management experience
- Hands on experience of change and release management work in cloud migration projects
- Experience in this area should be described in the application
- Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to engage and drive follow-up actions and able to bring clarity both in verbal and written communication
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Experience in facilitating information sharing related requirements and activities
- Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing
