Applied Machine Learning Engineer

You will collaborate with go-to-market teams and partners to deploy machine learning solutions. You will build and present proofs of concept, create end-to-end AI applications, improve the ML platform, enable models, and optimize deployed systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to deploy machine learning solutions
• Build and present proofs of concept
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications
• Contribute platform features and resolve bugs
• Integrate new machine learning models into platforms and client environments
• Improve deployed model and application performance, efficiency, and scalability
• Enable joint AI solutions with partners

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Demonstrate strong coding skills, preferably in Python
• Lead and execute complex technical projects focused on customer success
• Communicate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Understand generative AI, machine learning principles, and enterprise infrastructure
• Have experience fine-tuning machine learning models, including SFT and RLHF or RFT
