Algorithm AI Research Engineer

You will develop proprietary LLMs for agentic tasks such as coding and tool use. You will conduct joint frontier-AI research with overseas institutions and develop asynchronous RL pipelines for LLM post-training using NPUs. You will primarily work on LLM projects while applying relevant AI research and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop proprietary LLMs specialized for agentic tasks, including coding and tool use

Requirements

• Master's degree in an AI-related field or equivalent experience
• AI technology development experience using major deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch
• Ability to travel internationally
• Experience developing or researching coding LLMs, tool-use agents, or other agentic AI
• Experience developing or researching LLM post-training
