AI Deployment Strategist

You will lead strategic discovery with customers, develop AI adoption roadmaps and business cases, and design end-to-end AI solutions. You will prototype and deploy production applications, oversee pilots, measure business outcomes, support account growth, and translate customer feedback into reusable delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and AI opportunities
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and business cases with customers
• Architect AI solutions that integrate models and platforms into customer workflows
• Design, prototype, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production
• Execute pilot projects and proofs of value
• Guide customer AI strategy and measure business outcomes through KPIs
• Identify account expansion opportunities
• Synthesize customer feedback for product and research roadmaps
• Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks
• Travel approximately 30–60% to support client relationships and on-site deployment

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
• Degree in a relevant scientific field
• Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science
• Experience building and deploying AI applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Executive communication skills
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks and value-based selling is a plus
