Accounting Manager

You will own the timely monthly close, work with external providers on close procedures and reconciliations, and prepare reporting packages. You will build revenue-reporting processes, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, implement internal controls, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the monthly close is completed consistently and on time
• Partner with external providers on monthly-close procedures and reconciliations
• Partner with department leaders on expense tagging, allocations, and reporting
• Prepare reporting packages after close
• Build revenue-reporting processes and automation
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor management, accounting policies, sales tax, and 1099s
• Implement internal controls and maintain audit-ready documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience across public accounting, senior accountant, or accounting manager roles
• Hands-on ownership of month-end close and account reconciliations
• ASC 606 revenue-recognition experience
• Audit experience preparing PBC support and workpapers
• Authorization to work in the United States
