Web Designer

You will own end-to-end design for marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces. You will create CMS templates, components, and patterns that enable on-brand self-service page creation. You will translate business goals into high-converting designs, maintain visual consistency, collaborate with front-end engineers, and guide web layout, typography, motion, interaction, accessibility, and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces
• Create and own CMS templates, components, and design patterns
• Translate business goals into high-converting page designs
• Maintain visual consistency across web touchpoints
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ship pages and migrate off Framer
• Guide web layout, typography, motion, and interaction design
• Improve self-service page creation

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of web and marketing design work
• Visual design skills in brand, typography, and composition
• Experience designing for CMS or templating systems
• Experience with brand and growth design
• Fluency in Figma
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
