VP Product

Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Skeps's embedded-finance platform. Own the product lifecycle, establish scalable processes, drive business metrics, identify opportunities, and build and mentor the product team.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Build product processes, frameworks, and operating rigor.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through optimization.
• Drive revenue, adoption, retention, conversion, and LTV metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Identify product opportunities and scale platform capabilities.
• Ensure product scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team.
• Align product initiatives with growth and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in Series B or growth-stage startups.
• Ability to build processes and product organization structures at scale.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based products.
• Understanding of lending, payments, or embedded-finance ecosystems.
• Experience working with engineering teams and driving product delivery.
• Data-driven approach to product and business metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership decisions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to drive outcomes end-to-end.
