You will build and execute a global developer-relations strategy, create developer education and community programs, and improve self-service adoption. You will lead and mentor developer advocates, engineers, and evangelists; establish impact metrics; translate AI innovation for technical audiences; and grow open-source and ecosystem engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global developer relations strategy
- Create developer education, engagement, advocacy, and community programs
- Produce tutorials, blog posts, videos, documentation, talks, podcasts, and technical deep dives
- Build onboarding guides, SDKs, APIs, and sample projects for developer adoption
- Create feedback loops between developers and Product and Engineering
- Hire, mentor, and lead Developer Advocates, Engineers, and Evangelists
- Define developer adoption, community growth, engagement, and advocacy metrics
- Champion open-source contributions and ecosystem partnerships
- Identify and nurture developer influencers, maintainers, and ambassadors
Requirements
- Leadership experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or technical evangelism
- Technical credibility with developers, scientists, and engineers
- Experience growing and nurturing technical communities
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to scale developer relations globally
- Ability to align developer relations with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
