VP Finance Business Partnering Commercial and Operations

You will provide senior financial partnership to Operations, corporate functions, Business Development, and regional leaders. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, headcount planning, commercial-finance integration, financial controls, and process improvements across the Operations portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and commercial challenge to Operations leadership
• Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and scenario modelling
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the Operations portfolio
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews and variance analysis
• Establish financial KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Partner with corporate-function leaders on budgets, forecasts, headcount, and resource allocation
• Support global headcount planning and personnel-cost analysis
• Align commercial pipeline, deployment schedules, and infrastructure-capacity planning
• Oversee order-to-contract, billing, and revenue-recognition processes
• Support financial planning for business-development initiatives and partnerships
• Provide finance business partnering to EMEA and APAC Operations leadership
• Improve financial controls, reporting tools, and automation
