Video Editor

You will create high-quality video content for social and digital channels, including product launches, campaigns, events, interviews, and longer-form storytelling. You will turn raw footage and creative concepts into compelling edits, adapt formats for platforms and audiences, follow emerging trends, and maintain a high creative standard.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content across social and digital channels
• Create video content for product launches, campaigns, events, interviews, and the wider ecosystem
• Turn raw footage and creative concepts into engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and other teams to bring creative ideas to life
• Adapt content and formats based on platform, audience, and performance
• Stay current on social trends, editing styles, and emerging content formats
• Evolve the video style and maintain a high creative standard

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and storytelling
• Experience creating content for social and digital channels
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, sound, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of social platforms and internet culture
• Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Attention to detail and creative judgement
• Interest in crypto, DeFi, and the Aave ecosystem
