Vice President Relationship Management

You will manage a portfolio of existing investors and build trusted relationships through personalized engagement, education, and consistent follow-through. You will lead daily portfolio reviews, explain investment performance and portfolio construction, identify venture planning opportunities, coordinate with internal stakeholders, maintain CRM records, and improve investor engagement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing investors and build trusted relationships
• Conduct 6–8 structured investor portfolio reviews daily
• Educate investors on venture investing, fund offerings, and portfolio construction
• Identify opportunities for Venture Planning conversations
• Proactively engage investors throughout their investment journey
• Collaborate with Managing Partners, Community Relations, and Investor Services
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable investor support
• Maintain accurate CRM records of investor interactions and follow-up activities
• Recommend improvements to engagement strategies, processes, products, and services

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, investor relations, or a related client-facing field
• Experience building relationships with sophisticated individual investors
• Knowledge of investment performance, portfolio construction, diversification, and long-term investment horizons
• Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Ability to manage 6–8 substantive portfolio review conversations daily
• Ability to manage hundreds of ongoing relationships and maintain accurate records
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgment and ability to educate and influence through trust
• Ability to work effectively across teams
