Vice President Delivery Data Center Infrastructure North America

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of self-build data center campuses, from authorization through commissioning and operational handover. You will set delivery strategy, oversee commercial and technical risks, lead senior project teams, and build a scalable regional delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery performance for the North American self-build portfolio
• Set delivery strategies covering scope, schedule, cost, procurement, execution, customer commitments, and risk
• Lead portfolio prioritization and resource deployment across concurrent campuses
• Report delivery health, risks, budgets, schedules, and required interventions to executives
• Establish project governance across project management, construction, MEP QAQC, commissioning, commercial, and controls
• Lead commercial decisions, contract negotiations, and commercial risk management
• Validate constructability, commissioning readiness, and operational resilience across critical infrastructure systems
• Build, lead, and develop the North American delivery organization

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in construction and project delivery
• Significant data center construction experience
• Experience delivering self-build facilities from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover
• Knowledge of contract negotiations, budget management, cost forecasting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and change control
• Working knowledge of MEP systems, critical power and cooling infrastructure, utility interfaces, commissioning, and operational readiness
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
