Vice President AI Infrastructure Deployment APAC

You will lead the strategy and execution model for AI infrastructure delivery across APAC. You will turn capacity demand into delivery plans, manage deployment schedules and dependencies, coordinate partners, improve delivery processes, manage risks, and build a senior program leadership function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program strategy and execution model for AI infrastructure delivery
• Translate capacity demand into requirements, roadmaps, and delivery plans
• Develop master deployment schedules across design, procurement, integration, commissioning, and launch
• Align internal teams and external partners on expectations, timelines, and trade-offs
• Manage colocation operators, contractors, suppliers, utilities, and regulators
• Improve the path from delivery to production through standards, QA/QC, and BOM validation
• Identify constraints, manage dependencies, and escalate risks
• Build and lead a senior team of program leaders

Requirements

• Be based in Singapore
• 12+ years in program or delivery management
• At least 5 years leading senior program managers on large-scale data center, cloud, or telecom infrastructure programs
• Experience owning complex infrastructure programs from plan to production
• Working knowledge of the data center lifecycle, rack integration, networking, commissioning, and operational handoff
• Experience delivering in APAC data center markets
• Ability to align senior stakeholders and represent delivery commitments
• Written and spoken Mandarin communication skills
