UX Writer

You will create, proofread, and propose clear, user-friendly English UX copy for the app. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other UX writers to improve UI copy and user flows. You will maintain writing guidelines and improve writing processes and workflows, including through AI.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise English microcopy that follows voice, tone, and writing guidelines
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, stakeholders, and UX writers to improve UI copy and user flows
• Maintain product consistency by contributing to and improving writing guidelines
• Identify opportunities to improve UX writing processes and workflows, including through AI

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency with the ability to write clear and natural English copy
• Strong written and spoken Japanese communication skills
• At least 3 years of Japanese-to-English translation experience, at least 2 years of Japanese-to-English localization experience, or at least 2 years of English UX or content writing experience
