Training Manager Ukraine

You will lead daily training and sustainment operations, coordinate with customer counterparts and field teams, manage deployments and theater movement, oversee intelligence and operations integration, implement force-protection and compliance procedures, support new technology integration, and align training, logistics, and sustainment activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, mission execution, and issue resolution with customer counterparts
• Manage deployment cycles and theater movement
• Oversee intelligence and operations integration
• Implement force-protection, export-compliance, and risk-mitigation procedures
• Support integration of new technologies into operational environments
• Coordinate training, logistics, and sustainment activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of operational leadership experience in military, defense contracting, or international field operations
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in dynamic or austere environments
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders for mission-critical activities
• Organizational, reporting, and communication skills
• Familiarity with force protection, export compliance, and deployed logistics operations
• Technical acumen for field-level technology integration
• Relocation to Dallas if not already local
