Trade Supervisor

You will supervise automated trading systems across multiple markets and assess live trading for risk, compliance, production, and unusual market-condition issues. You will alert relevant staff, coordinate real-time issue resolution with risk, trading, engineering, brokers, and exchanges, and document procedures and production incidents. You will also take preventative action to reduce recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor automated trading systems across markets
• Assess live trading for risk, compliance, production, and market-condition issues
• Respond quickly to unusual trading behaviours and market conditions
• Alert key staff about intraday trading issues
• Coordinate real-time issue resolution with risk managers, trading teams, engineers, brokers, and exchanges
• Document procedures and log production issues
• Take preventative action to prevent recurring issues

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in trade supervision, trading, risk, application engineering, or a similar role
• Understanding of exchange-specific rules and procedures
• Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills
• Singapore working rights
• Prior trading exposure across asset classes and strategies
• Experience with high-frequency automated trading strategies
• Experience with Python, Linux command line, and large data sets
