Test Engineer System Level Test

You will develop the SLT execution framework for validation tests in OSAT production. You will build test wrappers, harnesses, and abstraction layers; integrate functional, stress, and diagnostic tests; and create logging, telemetry, failure-signature, and automated-triage capabilities for yield analysis and RMA investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the SLT execution framework for validation tests in OSAT production
• Build wrappers, harnesses, and abstraction layers for deterministic test execution
• Integrate functional, stress, and diagnostic tests into SLT platforms
• Adapt validation tests for high-volume manufacturing with clear pass or fail criteria
• Create logging, telemetry, failure-signature, and automated-triage capabilities
• Define data standards for yield analysis and RMA investigations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in system-level test, embedded systems, software architecture, or hardware and software integration
• Programming skills in C, C++, Python, or similar languages
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles
• Experience building modular test frameworks, execution wrappers, harnesses, and abstraction layers
• Experience controlling test equipment and automating handlers or external instruments through standard communication protocols
• Experience debugging test hardware, Linux hosts, firmware, drivers, and operating systems
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
