Responsibilities
- Create technical documentation for DevTools and Web3 tools
- Create user guides and training materials
- Design and deliver training sessions for diverse audiences
- Explain Web3 concepts to beginner and advanced users
- Gather user feedback and improve documentation and training content
- Stay informed about Web3 tools and concepts
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and customer support
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical documentation experience
- Experience creating user guides and training materials
- Understanding of software development and DevTools concepts
- Understanding of Web3 principles and terminology
- Ability to design and deliver training sessions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally
- Familiarity with Safe Wallet SDK, The Graph, Chainlink, ThirdWeb, WalletConnect, Tenderly, Alchemy, and Infura
