You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, engage passive technical candidates through personalized outreach, track sourcing metrics, and improve sourcing tools, processes, and infrastructure.

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies
- Write and send personalized outreach to passive candidates
- Track pipeline metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness
- Represent the mission and culture to prospective candidates
- Build and refine sourcing tools, processes, and infrastructure
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting technical roles
- Experience identifying and engaging passive technical candidates
- Written communication
