You will manage full-cycle technical recruitment mandates from role definition through offer signing. You will source and engage specialized candidates, map talent markets, partner with hiring leaders, negotiate offers, improve candidate experience, and refine recruitment practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment mandates from role definition to offer signing
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for niche technical talent
- Engage and support passive candidates throughout recruitment
- Develop profile-targeting plans, market maps, competitive analyses, and talent pools
- Monitor AI and technology talent markets
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leadership to define role requirements and target profiles
- Manage offer preparation, negotiation, presentation, and closing
- Deliver a consistent candidate experience
- Improve recruitment practices and tools with internal teams
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience recruiting technical profiles
- Understanding of the language and challenges specific to AI research
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and oral German and English communication skills
