Technical Project Manager - AI Platform

You will turn platform roadmaps into delivery plans, maintain Jira backlogs, track dependencies, and report progress to stakeholders. You will coordinate standups, reviews, release checkpoints, and post-release follow-up while improving workflows, automation, and reporting across MaaS, Managed Kubernetes, and shared platform services.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform roadmaps into phased delivery timelines and sprint-sized work
• Maintain Jira epics, stories, tasks, estimates, links, assignments, labels, and workflows
• Track cross-workstream dependencies and escalate blockers
• Produce status reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Run or support standups, sprint reviews, and milestone check-ins
• Improve planning, tracking, reporting, and Jira automation processes
• Coordinate release go/no-go checkpoints and post-release follow-up

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical project manager or program manager experience in software or infrastructure engineering
• 1-2 years supporting AI, ML, cloud, or developer-platform teams
• Fluency with Jira, Linear, or Asana for backlog and sprint management
• Experience with Confluence or comparable documentation tools
• Knowledge of software delivery, API releases, CI/CD, QA gates, and security review checkpoints
• Experience coordinating five or more functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile or Kanban frameworks
