Technical Program Manager

You will build and maintain program plans for complex software initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, prioritize and track work, and communicate program status to technical and executive stakeholders. You will use data and reporting to improve execution, facilitate alignment, and strengthen cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain predictable program plans with engineering and product leaders
• Identify technical and program risks early and help teams resolve delivery challenges
• Prioritize, track, and drive execution of program work
• Define tasks, actions, dependencies, and ownership
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate status, risks, and milestones
• Use data and reporting tools to measure program health and execution
• Improve processes, accelerate execution, and enhance cross-functional coordination

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience
• At least 3 years leading complex software or technical programs or projects
• Experience leading technical programs for complex, distributed, or large-scale systems
• Program management experience coordinating priorities across stakeholders and teams
• Experience using Jira
• Experience using agentic AI tooling for program execution, reporting, or decision-making
• Experience facilitating technical stakeholder discussions
• Written and verbal communication skills
