Technical Program Manager SOC & Digital Design

You will oversee chiplet development and integration for RISC-V CPU servers, machine-learning processors, memory, and I/O. You will develop program plans, track milestones and deliverables, lead reviews, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional semiconductor development through tape-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead program reviews
• Manage multiple projects, risks, and dependencies
• Drive collaboration across design, verification, physical design, DFT, and software teams
• Coordinate internal teams and external contributors through tape-out

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SoC chip design, technical program management, or engineering leadership
• Understanding of microarchitecture, design, verification, DFT, physical design, integration, and tape-out
• Familiarity with AMBA, NoC, RISC-V, PCIe/CXL, and Ethernet
• Ability to develop program plans, track milestones, lead reviews, and manage cross-functional projects
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
