Technical Program Manager

You will lead end-to-end delivery for Technology Operations programs, including migrations, office build-outs, and productivity tooling. You will translate technical designs into delivery plans, manage risks and escalations, establish delivery standards, and provide executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Technology Operations program portfolio
• Run technology implementation, migration, and remediation projects
• Translate technical designs into delivery plans
• Support technical changes through communications, adoption planning, and support readiness
• Drive blockers and escalations to resolution
• Define delivery and reporting standards
• Run programme reviews, roadmap tracking, escalation paths, and action follow-through
• Build intake and prioritization mechanisms
• Maintain an executive-ready portfolio view
• Use platform data to drive delivery and adoption reporting
• Surface delivery slippage before milestones are missed

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, IT program delivery, corporate or enterprise engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience delivering large-scale endpoint, identity, or collaboration platform migrations
• Familiarity with identity, device management, productivity, and workplace technologies
• Change management and end-user communication skills
• Experience defining delivery standards, reporting frameworks, or operating mechanisms
• Ability to translate technical detail into executive-level reporting
