Technical Product Manager

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lightning Labs' infrastructure products; drive product launches; communicate technical concepts to internal and external audiences; collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams on early-stage products; and assess partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lightning Labs' infrastructure products
• Drive product launches, including messaging and goals with cross-functional teams
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to internal and external audiences
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define and iterate on early-stage products
• Engage with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities

Requirements

• Experience creating strategic product roadmaps from conception to launch and working cross-functionally
• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tradeoffs
• Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Passion for Bitcoin and Lightning and understanding of their technology, community, and ecosystem
• Located in North American or European time zones
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Technology Strategy
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
• Experience building Bitcoin or Lightning products or services
