Responsibilities
- Identify and attract applied AI and applied science talent
- Target relevant startups, technology companies, and competitors
- Source candidates through sourcing tools and professional networks
- Draft personalized candidate outreach
- Collaborate with the APAC talent acquisition team and hiring managers
- Refine and iterate sourcing strategy
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience recruiting technology talent in South Korea
- English fluency
- International recruiting experience
